Weather your looking into drifting, a show car, a reliable daily driver, or a clean investment. DO NOT BUY something that’s advertised as a drift car, or a car that is already built!
1. The guy who’s selling it probably sucks as a drifter. He’s probably crashed to car a couple of time already.
2. The cars chassis and suspensions is probably compromised. The yaw and stiffness of the car weaken the welds and bonds or the chassis, lowered suspensions set angles on joint to prematurely wear out.
3. Buying any 240 from someone between the ages of 16 to 32 you know the car has been driven hard, and since American’s love to eat inside their cars the interior is probably crap!
4. Pay good money from the start, it will last you longer.
5. You get what you pay for…..
So with that said, I have decided to sell one of my favorite cars from my collection. I can no longer see paying for smog, insurance & registration for a car I don’t drive. The car was build for me. Yes, it’s a Automatic! But at least you know that car was not driven hard. It’s been pampers and well taken care of. AC dose work, everything works! Perfect example of a JDM car. It is a bit expensive but for what you get vs. all the junk that’s out there now, it’s worth every penny.
